Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, purchasing a PDC Club membership, or otherwise using thepuredetailco.com (the "Site") or our services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not book services or use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old and either the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized by the owner to have the described services performed.
2. Services
Pure Detail Co. provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to: Pure Essential, Pure Premium, and Pure Showroom full-detail packages; standalone Pure Exterior and Pure Interior packages; add-on services; PDC Club membership; the Pure Fleet Plan; and Dealership Pre-Sale Prep services (Standard and Deep Prep tiers).
Right to Refuse or Decline Service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any vehicle presenting unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions (including but not limited to biohazards, pest infestation, or structural damage that could pose a safety risk to our technicians), or in situations involving harassment, abuse, or non-payment history. In such cases, applicable cancellation terms below still apply.
3. Site Access & Mobile Service Conditions
Because we perform services at your home or specified location:
You must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and adequate space to work.
Unless otherwise noted for a specific service, you are responsible for providing access to a functioning power outlet and/or water spigot if required for the service booked.
You are responsible for ensuring the service location complies with any applicable HOA rules, lease terms, or local ordinances. Pure Detail Co. is not responsible for HOA or landlord disputes arising from scheduled service.
Services may be rescheduled at no cost due to weather, unsafe conditions, or access issues outside our control.
4. Booking, Payment & Pricing
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Pure Detail Co. does not store your full card number.
One-time services are paid at time of booking or upon completion of service, as indicated at checkout.
PDC Club membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes to active members before they take effect on your next billing cycle. Your detailing visit may be subject to additional charges if your vehicle is heavily soiled.
A declined or failed payment may result in a pause of scheduled services or membership benefits until resolved.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is currently no cancellation or no-show fee. However, we reserve the right to limit future scheduling priority, require pre-payment for future bookings, or decline to offer further service to customers with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows, at our discretion. This policy may be updated in the future, including the potential introduction of a cancellation fee, with notice posted here.
6. PDC Club Membership Terms
No long-term contract. You may cancel your PDC Club membership at any time.
Cancellation timing. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations submitted on or after a billing date will not be refunded for that cycle, but you will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the period already paid for.
No partial refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable for partial months or unused visits within a billed period.
Membership benefits (e.g., unlimited visits) apply to the vehicle(s) and service address registered on the account and are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to review accounts showing usage inconsistent with normal personal use.
Membership is currently available within our defined service area (Raleigh and surrounding communities listed in Section 12). We reserve the right to limit new memberships or waitlist areas to maintain service quality and appointment availability.
7. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Prior to beginning work, our technician will visually assess the vehicle and may note existing damage, wear, or defects (e.g., paint chips, scratches, upholstery tears, cracked trim).
Pure Detail Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, the results of prior repairs or aftermarket modifications, or damage that becomes visible only after cleaning (e.g., pre-existing paint defects revealed by washing).
You are responsible for removing valuables, fragile items, and personal property from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to items left in the vehicle.
Pure Detail Co. will remove child seats and other safety items to effectively clean your vehicle, but we will not reinstall them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Pure Detail Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle.
We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions, aftermarket modifications, or conditions not disclosed to us prior to service.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If you believe damage occurred as a direct result of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can investigate.
9. Photo & Video Consent
By booking a service with Pure Detail Co., you grant us permission to photograph and record video of your vehicle (exterior and interior, not including personally identifiable documents or items left inside) before, during, and after service, and to use such images and footage for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing license plates, faces, or other personally identifying information where practical. If you would prefer we not use images of your specific vehicle, contact us at the information in Section 13 and we will accommodate the request going forward.
10. Fleet & Dealership Accounts
Fleet Plan and Dealership Pre-Sale Prep customers are subject to these Terms in addition to any separately signed service agreement, order form, or invoicing terms provided for that account (including volume pricing, payment terms, and minimum vehicle commitments). Where a conflict exists, the separately signed agreement controls.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Detailing Company LLC, its owners, employees, and technicians from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose known vehicle conditions, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Service Area
We currently serve Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Wake Forest, Rolesville, and surrounding areas. Availability may vary and is not guaranteed outside this area.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
